I’ve been blessed to be able to experience the benefits of the Mentorship “Academy” first hand. I knew that I wanted to volunteer/intern at a hospital, but I had no idea how to go about it. Dr. Bridget Agbakpe and Lady Brenda Boateng guided me through the correct steps to be able to do it. I was able to spend my entire summer volunteering in the ER, and it truly has influenced what I thought I knew about how a hospital works. Overall, I’m very glad I chose to attend the Mentorship Event, and I would recommend that everyone experiences it at least once!
